BDAC is a strict choice of daily necessities. Our products mainly focus on health care, including sports care, body care products and certain health care products.

We drive the development of health care industry with our products and serve a wide range of consumers at home and abroad. BDAC owns Dongguan Suscong Health Care Co., Ltd., Dongguan BID ACE Co., Ltd. and Beijing BDAC Technology Co., Ltd. Founded by Zhang Tongyu, the Company is headquartered at Dongcheng Wanda Plaza, the economic center of Dongguan.

The Company has a range of brands including BDAC (daily care brand), Issk (sunscreen brand), Suscong(oral care brand) Sscare(wash and brand), Susymei (beauty and skin care brand), Fitsoie (sports care brand). It also acts as the sole agent of Biofreeze, an American sports soothing brand.

1). Customer Satisfaction:
As a product and service company it is important for BDAC to place its clients as a priority in all actions. Clients are all important, whether they be resellers, suppliers. By helping our clients achieve their goals of growth of success this can only do positives for BDAC as our clients and our own success and performances are so closely linked.
2). Integrity:
Honesty and fairness are at the core of integrity, which is a core value BDAC strives to apply to all aspects of its work. Customer information should be valued and protected, just as company information should be by the employee. Fairness should be exercised across the organization, when it comes to the treatment of employees and also customers who at times may have apposing interests. What this means for our stakeholders is that, be they a customer or employee, respect is given as it is deserved and so to is it expected to be received. It goes without saying that the company must never lie to customers.
3). Lean and Efficiency:
Ability to look for order and quality, and for the best use of the organization and resources, given to him/her. Is systematic, precise and does things right from the beginning. Gets things done with limited resources and uses resources systematically and economically. Makes sure that tasks are carried out effectively and on time. Develops better, more effective ways to do things. Has high quality in whatever he/she delivers or accomplishes.
By maximizing the return on the resources, we use to achieve our outcomes we can deliver the best results to our customers and positively impact all stakeholders of the Organization. During our day-to-day activities this means managing the time we devote to tasks, being conscious of the resources spent pursuing goals and looking for better ways to achieve our desired outcomes. Efficiency is not just a philosophy in the factory, but also a way of life in the office.
4). Professionalism and Devotion:
they are the attitude of a person, who, once becoming passionate about his/her work, will be devoted to the job with heart and soul, and, no matter whatever position he/she is in, will have an extraordinary career.
Responsibility and achievement: the key is professionalism and dedication. One should keep himself/herself in a sound state for his/her job, do not turn down an assignment for its insignificance or shrink away from it for its great importance, and have every job that he/she should do well finished. To view BDAC as a series of departments with different tasks is not accurate, because when it comes to working on problems and tasks all facets of the organization come together. Another part of successful teamwork is the importance of strong leadership and effective leadership, which is experienced across to bring together individuals and allow them to work better, together. Trust in cohesive team reaches all the way to vulnerability-base trust. that means, I can admit to a team member a mistake, a failure, a need for leadership, or a weakness and trustthat my admission will not be used against me. This is needed to enable the team members to be hones and not pretending to be someone they are not. they abandon their pride and ego for the good of the team.
6). Excellence and Innovation:
Ability to seek out and set challenging goals, a willingness to make the extra effort to exceed standards or beat deadlines in order to deliver significant results. Sets challenging goals for him-/herself and for others. Voluntarily puts more effort into his/her work than usual. Is persistent in his/her work and gets significant results. Prioritizes the needs of the whole organisation to his/her own personal interest. Continuously strives to improve processes and services.
To innovate is to be creative and to constantly improve on your previous performance or benchmarks. It involves embracing change, learning from your mistakes and above all taking a risk to provide a solution to a problem that will benefit all the stakeholders of the Organization.
